Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The breakfast was disappointing as the cooked Scottish breakfast was overcooked. It also seemed quite greasy. I also found the lack of guaranteed early check-in frustrating as I arrived at midday and the room was not ready until 3 pm despite prior requests. This felt inflexible for a hotel of this size.

I found the staff friendly, they really were really good. my family room was super clean and offered very nice views. Plus, there was so much space. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me, everywhere was immaculate! also, spa was super clean too!
The gym didn't have many weight plates!! this was not a major issue. it would have been nice to have a wider selection.

Really good stay with great amenities

I enjoyed the clean roomwith everything necessary. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were good. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and hot food made to order. I found the staff very friendly and cute. Nothing was too much trouble.
I noticed at times, the leisure facilities became busy.

Comfortable Stay with Delicious Food

The reception staff greeted us warmly with a friendly welcome. I found my Superior Double Room with Golf View quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed all the delicious meals I had . The service from the bar and dining staff was excellent.
The hotel informed us about the ongoing work through daily emails before we arrived. I look forward to seeing the completed updates.

The receptionist, Inga, gave me a fantastic welcome. The hotel location is great. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower worked great, to. I will return for another stay.
I had problems with information from staff. It was not always possible to find staff to help. No one explained the holding fee on my bank account for room charges. I am still waiting for the money to be returned.

the breakfast offered yogurt and fresh fruit. toast and chocolate spread were available alongside danish pastries. a full scottish breakfast included sausage, bacon, haggis, potato scone, beans, mushrooms, and tomatoes. extra toast was offered with muffin, orange juice, and tea.
the wlan in the room barely worked.
